Is it possible to loosen the redis requirement?

nlm-utils requires redis==3.5.3 which is incompatible with langchain which depends on manifiest-ml 0.0.1 which requires redis>=4.31.

I think most llm env will have both these packages, would it be possible to loosen the requirement for redis to make it compatible with langchain?
