What makes the site valuable, except for its small size?
After various shaving-down of font files, my homepage https://danq.me/ is now reliably under 250kb (right now, according to Cloudflare Radar, it's 233kb). At least, after content-negotiation, for browsers with WebP support (which nowadays is basically everything; I might stop doing content negotation for it!).

Why valuable? It's an example of a fully-featured WordPress blog, which is relatively "heavyweight", but which has been stripped-down to retain full functionality while keeping a small footprint. I've previously blogged about my efforts to make my site smaller and more performant, and I've been a proud member of 512kb club for a while.

Unfortunately, I cannot make it work. This is probably a bug on my side. The online version of YellowLabTools shows a total of 241kB and a very good overall score (see test page), so either my local version is outdated or I do something wrong. I will see if I get it to work!
Oops, correction: I tested for mobile devices, but my local version tests for desktop devices, and there YLT results in 425kB overall: https://yellowlab.tools/result/h3f24cpvmr

Ah! I thought that was more of an improvement than I'd expected. Entirely my fault!

Need to redesign to take advantage of smaller images next, I reckon!
