@akeshavan - looks good - a few notes:

  • updated CHANGES file (see instructions in CONTRIBUTING.md)
  • can you answer the person on bips issues list? perhaps point the person to this version.
  • also are the datasink subs now updated to reflect appropriate output? (in julia's script there were still a few stragglers)

Hi @satra !

  • my datasinks look good, my guess is julia's tweaks don't match the substitutions exactly, so that's where the stragglers come from
  • This script still depends on recon-all so I pointed the person to the old version we used with FAST a while back
