Description
The error I reported here turns out to be an issue with old crashfiles getting picked up by FMRIPREP's post-run crawl. So a successful Nipype run was appearing to have errors.
I had an /out/logs/ directory that persisted across runs. @chrisfilo says there are supposed to be checks to ensure the crawler only picks up logs from the current run.
