No verbose exit on SIGPIPE

When a nimrod process receives a SIGPIPE, it dies without any mention why, as opposed to SIGSEGV. When running via strace, it is obvious, but a direct response would be nice.

I think that SIGPIPE should be ignored by default (as in Python), because exception from write will anyway kill program and do it at least in safe manner.

So does SIGSEGV, but it tells you it crashed due to the signal.
