Hydra issue

Hi,

Thank you for your great work!
I enounter "hydra.errors.missingconfigexception: in 'cityscapes': could not find wandb/wandb" when I try to run "python cityscapes.py method=pamal". Could please provide me some insights to solve this problem?

To resolve this issue, you need to add a configuration file for wandb. The repo has been updated to include this file.
