README for Monopoly game

java code exported as a jar file that can be downloaded from the MonopolyGame/dist directory.

To run the .jar file simply type 
java -jar MonopolyGame.jar
in the command prompt after changing into the directory which contains the jar.

First Iteration: GameRunner and classes that it uses are ready to be tested. Playable game without full features, namely Mortgage and Buying/Using houses not implemented. no other known bugs.

Second Iteration: plans for implanting the rest of the game features and a GUI.


Build.XML updates: 
	Working Targets: run. clean. compile. jar.
	To Be Fixed: 	 test. can be used to test certain parts in a game easily	
		     	 javadoc and publish. can be used if we want to put on our public_html on csil.
