Meeting with @sarawilcox and @Tosin-Balogun on Thursday 4th Feb to discuss proposed dates and email.

Plan is to run the session in February on either Wed 17th AM, Thur 18th PM or Fri 19th AM/PM.

Next step is to send an email to all members with a Doodle poll to find out what day/time people can attend.

The service manual team have decided that the Design System Working Group is something that they can't support at this moment in time due to the current team structure and capacity.

The team are planning to engage with the community in other ways, including:
