Urgent: Blank files downloaded from data explorer

Hello Datopian,

We have an issue wherein the EPD is being downloaded from the dataset explorer page but it is downloading a blank file - the data explorer page is showing data beforehand.

Example wherein download is blank:

Example of successful download:
https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/english-prescribing-data-epd/resource/b927fcd2-ecd8-42d7-a4d3-7428a111a374?filters=BNF_DESCRIPTION%3ADexcom%20One%20CGM%20System

The data explorer option chosen does not make a difference as to the success of the download or not.

I have investigated the issue and noticed a '+' symbol in the description, and when we click on download, it is getting removed. Need to look further for the fix.

@sneha-sharma12 Because we do not have a staging environment which mirrors the live environment, I am unsure how this fix can be tested in staging. The available EPD files are 9 months behind the ones we have in the live environment.

Do we know the scale of this issue please? Just trying to decide whether we need to live deploy this right away or whether it can be sent to the live deployment waiting room with the other fixes we have, please?

@sagargg @sneha-sharma12 Did you clarify whether this was a bigger issue in need of a fix releasing into the live environment ASAP or an isolated issue which could wait until the end of the month planned deployment, please?

Hi @NHSBSA-Open-Data @sneha-sharma12 IMO, it can wait until the next deployment. currently user won't be able to download the filtered data from the dataexplorer, but they can still download the bulk data.
