IMPORTANT: This release does not bundled with .NET Core Runtime to reduce the file size. This means you need to download and install Desktop Runtime 3.1.3 x86 at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.3-windows-x86-installer. Don't use x64 regardless your computer OS. This is needed for SimConnect.
