GPU hangs on Framework 16

Framework 16, Debian bookworm, integrated GPU (RADV GFX1103_R1), X11.

Seems to cause GPU hangs when we maximize the window? So far seen a DeviceLost error as well as an entire display server crash.

Vulkan validator complains about texture icons being in VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_SHADER_READ_ONLY_OPTIMAL, they are instead VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_UNDEFINED

And it spontaneously fixed itself. Very confused.

Now getting errors about acquiring next image when resizing.

Another attempt to resize froze badly enough the system had to be power cycled.

Appears to be amdgpu driver bugs in the Debian 6.1 kernel. Backport kernel is fixing the instability so far. Still getting validation errors when resizing the window, keeping this ticket open to troubleshoot those.
