Since Go changed the versioning in
go.modto specify a patch release, we don't use the latest go version when building the binary.Before with
1.20ingo.modwe would use the latest version of1.20.x, but now since we specify1.21.3ingo.modwe use that fixed version and not1.21.4for example, and future updates.1.21.3ingo.modshould be considered a minimum requirement.
