List of configured Ingress Annotations

When running the Telemetry Job, we want to collect a list of annotations that are applied to deployed Ingress objects.

As a maintainer of NIC, I would like to collect a list of configured Annotations for each Ingress resource so that we can better understand how users configure NIC when deploying an Ingress resource.

This information will help us better understand the use cases of our users
