Welp, seems like someone changed some stuff behind the scenes. I'll have to dig into it.

It looks like it is fixed but when I tried to participate on survey again, list of collections https://galaxy.ansible.com/nginxinc, it just redirect me to https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/ and when I searched for nginxinc, it's a https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/namespaces/nginxinc/ and from two yeas ago and still get 404 not found on that survey.

I've updated the main link to https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/namespaces/nginxinc, which is the correct namespace. You are seeing the link to the latest collection version which was indeed published two years ago. If you navigate to the roles section you should see this role.
