Summary

add --verbose to display successful single-file summaries
preserve the silent default and Codex hook behavior
prepare the Rust and npm release train for 0.8.1

Validation

cargo fmt --all -- --check
cargo test -p code-moniker
npm test in packages/client
dist plan --tag=v0.8.1
git diff --check
