Dead link to releases on pipeline home page

To Reproduce
Go to https://nf-co.re/rnaseq/ or https://nf-co.re/sarek/ (likely others as well), on the right side, clink on the link underneath "last release".
This directs to e.g. https://nf-co.re/rnaseq/releases, which does not exist and cause a 404 error.

Expected behavior
See a list of releases; a good option would be to direct this straight to the GitHub releases page, e.g. https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/releases, because that would be most up-to-date and allow direct download.
