Labels misaligned on SVG tubemap

### Description of the bug

Some labels are misaligned in the SVG tubemap, when rendered on other systems than the Linux desktop of @charles-plessy , such as Mac or GitHub previews.

A genome alignment pipeline should really have perfectly aligned labels.
