Add `gunc_checkm_summary.tsv` table to `bin_summary.tsv

### Description of feature

This includes additional useful stats of GUNC's contamination estimation and it's CSS score that can be used for estimating chimerism; but it also nicely reports whether a MAg has reached the medium- and high-quality MIMAG score!
