Description

  • Adds REQUEST_TIMEOUT and CONFLICT to HandlerErrorType enum
  • REQUEST_TIMEOUT is retryable by default
  • CONFLICT is non-retryable by default
  • Updates retryable logic to include new error types

Fixes #22
