Description of proposed changes
This PR adds automation for the
ingestandphylogeneticworkflows. The key changes are:ingestworkflow and pushing the curated dataset to S3 buckets, which facilitates data exploration for parameter fine-tuning.These changes aim to bring nipah repo in compliance with the pathogen-repo-guide and improve the feedback loop for tree building and data analysis.
