See http://www.mirthcorp.com/community/issues/browse/MIRTH-4455 for a report against the client. This is a similar request for the server.

Note that this shouldn't affect all incoming TLS connections... only those which are for the Administrator to connect and do its thing. Channels with TLS-based connectors should not inherit this requirement.
