Make inserting mermaid diagrams more obvious

Currently you need to insert a code block and switch to mermaid syntax. This could be more obvious e.g. in the block menu next to LaTeX formulas

Hi @juliusknorr !
I added the Mermaid entry to the block menu and it’s working well, but I noticed a small UX edge case.
If I’m already inside a normal code block and click “Mermaid diagram”, both “Code block” and “Mermaid diagram” show as active, and the Mermaid option becomes greyed out.
Should the intended behavior be to keep it disabled in this case or should clicking Mermaid switch the existing code block to Mermaid instead?
