[Bug]: The word "Add description" in the Files app is not translating. #4722

Bug description
The word "Add description" in the Files app is not translating. Additionally, it is not present in the Transifex source language file.
Steps to reproduce
1.Change the language(Select a language other than English)
2.Open 'Files' app
3.Create a folder
4.Click the add(+) button next to the Breadcrumbs. You can find the untranslated text "Add description" in the popover menu
Expected behavior
The word "Add description" should be translated to the selected to the selected language.
