Sharing Table with filtered View not working #3024

Steps to reproduce

1.Create a table with data
2.Create a filter view on the table
3.Share the table to another user via user share
4.The table appears for the user but the filter view does not work / is not accessible
5.Share the same filter view via public link (without user share)
The filter view works perfectly fine with the public link

Expected behavior

Filter views should be accessible and functional when the table is shared to specific users, just like they are with public shares.

Actual behavior

Filter view is accessible via public link ✓
Filter view is NOT accessible via user share ✗
The table itself is accessible when shared to users ✓

The issue appears to be "silent" - no error messages, but functionality is broken
