Thinking about the company call and webinars we should have a look at the playing of the audio files.
Currently they are only played every X seconds, but e.g. in a webinar with 100s of participant that might still play too often (and it even doesn't matter to you if a listener joins/leaves).

So maybe we only play the sounds when a person with permissions joins/leaves or we make it depending on the size of the call or room or ... ?
