Optimize video size in sidebar calls

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a call in the files sidebar (right side)
2. Have a call in the public share page (left side)

Expected behaviour

Video and chat are maximized for best usage

Actual behaviour

Black borders around the video:

• horizontal: wasting video size
• vertical: wasting chat size
