Clicking on user video while there's a screenshare in Speaker view should open it in "force promoted/selected' mode (currently the screenshare stays prioritized).

That should apply for:

• other users screenshares (from Stripe)
• other users video (from Stripe)
• local video (from Stripe)
• same user video (from Stripe and from PresenterOverlay)
