Backport of #23711 to stable20.

I've retested this and confirm it works as expected.

Please check if I've set the correct milestone.

When selecting default quota in the dropdown, the actual numeric value
or "Unlimited" will be displayed instead of "0 B". This matches whatever
is displayed after refreshing the page.

In the case where the default quota is unlimited, for which the server
returns -3 instead of "none", the frontend now also shows "Unlimited"
instead of "0 B".

@PVince81 JFYI: We always have the next two maintenance releases as milestone available to be able during the RC and freeze phase to move PRs to the release after the very next. Those milestones are created in all repos that are released in the server bundle via https://github.com/nextcloud/github_helper/blob/master/milestoneupdater/config.json
