The Tab-skip link "Skip to main content" did not work since it had a href="#app-content" whereas the app has an id="app-dashboard". Fixed by switching out the href using Javascript – @juliushaertl check if this is dirty please. :D

The "Skip to navigation of app" doesn’t even make sense since we have no navigation in Dashboard yet. Fixed by just setting it to display: none so it’s not even read out by screen readers.
