[Bug]: ValueError while running the setup check after upgrade to 31.0.7

Bug description

After updating to version 31.0.7 from 31.0.5, the following "red" error appears on the "settings/admin/overview" page:

Steps to reproduce

1. Login and go to "settings/admin/overview" page.

Expected behavior

This error shouldn't occur and hasn't occurred before. The only change is an updated NC version.

That could be an issue with a translation. Could you try a different language?

It's possible. The error doesn't appear if I switch the language to English or Czech.

I also confirm existence of the issue in 31.0.7 on all of three instances of mine. Using Polish language with LDAP on the frontend generates check errors. With English, errors are gone.

I had same issue and fixed it by disable in apps "LDAP user and group backend". I don't use LDAP.

In English language there was no error just info "There is an inactive LDAP configuration: s01" I was not able to remove LDAP server. It always created new blank and it is what probably trigger this info and this message has broke translation.

I manged to find it in Translations and it is looks like problem when translation has different number of variables?
