[Bug]: Federated shares don't dissapear when file deleted #53659

Bug description
After receiving a federated share, if the sharer deletes the file and the sharee tries to download it before refreshing the share sticks around
Steps to reproduce
- user1 on instance A shares file with user2 on instance B
- user2 accepts the share
- user1 deletes the file
- user 2 doesn't refresh the page
- User2 downloads the file alongside other files
- Download fails
- user 2 refreshes page -> file is still there
- user2 checks availability on
oc_storages - availability is set to
false
Expected behavior
File gets deleted (disappears) on refresh
