[Bug]: Recommended files on dashboard overflows long file names #51797

Bug description
In the Recommended files dashboard widget, long file names overflow the boundaries of the widget. See attachment.
Steps to reproduce
- Upload a file with a long file name
- Open the Nextcloud Dashboard with 'Recommended files' enabled
- Notice the overflowing text
Expected behavior
- File name should truncate with ellipses to indicate to the user that "this file name is longer, but we can't show it"
- Hovering over the file name should provide the full link (as it does today)
