Bug description

Related to #49317

If I rename a share url with a text with hyphens (e.g. test-custom-share) I get an error while opening the link:

Requested uri (/public.php/dav/files/test-custom-share/) is out of base uri (/public.php/dav/files/test/)

and the window says that the directory is not accessible.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Share a directory with public link
  2. Edit the link to something that contains hyphens
  3. Open the link in a new window

Expected behavior

Opening the link should work without errors and the content of the directory should be visible.
