[Bug]: Dragging and dropping JPG image icon does not work

Bug description

When you drag a JPG image from its icon to a folder, it does not move into the folder. Instead, a 64-64-crop image is copied into the folder and the original image is unmoved. See video:

1. Drag a JPG image from its icon
2. Drop into a folder

Should be moved into folder
