[Bug]: Library "Nextcloud upload library" does not contain many translation fixes and completions

Bug description

French and danish users reported missing translations.

There may be others.

After research @nickvergessen stated:
The “problem” is that server still ships version 1.5.0 of that library in stable30 releases, so no new translations since 20th August.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install latest NC v30.0.2
2. Open Files in French
3. See missing translations

Should be fixed by #49250 (so, 30.0.3 and 29.0.10).
