The error message seems to appear only, when the "Teams" app (version 29.0.0-dev) is disabled (manually).

@AndyXheli could you confirm that?

as you linked the Nextcloud 30 milestone in the PR, would that also fit for Nextcloud 29.0.3?

Same for me. Even under NC 29.0.3 the error still occurs when the Teams app is deactivated.

Fix was backported but just for 29.0.4

Bug still present on "[Nextcloud Hub 8] (29.0.3)" using Nextcloud AIO very basic install and trying to share a folder as a anonymous dropbox
