[Bug]: E2E folder in folder picker

Bug description

E2E encrypted folder can be selected/used in folder picker

Steps to reproduce

• select a file/folder
• click move/copy
• folder picker dialog opens
• user can click on encrypted folder
• it can then be used to copy/move into it
• this then obviously fails
  

Expected behavior

User cannot select any e2e encrypted folder.
We can show this as greyed out?
