"Show others with access" doesn't work with the external storage app

### Steps to reproduce
1. enable the external storage app
2. mount the folder to a usergroup with a few users in it
3. open the files app
4. open the right sidebar for that folder/a file or folder inside that mount
5. click on the sharing tab
6. click on the "Toggle list of others with access to this directory"


### Expected behaviour
7. all users that have access to this external storage folder/mount should get shown/listed (in this example 3 other users)

### Actual behaviour
7. no users get listed/it says "no other users with access found" but there are in this example actually 3 other users that have access to this folder
