mimetypes not updating #17217
Description
Steps to reproduce
- Update config/mimetypemapping.json with a new mime type.

- Run sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mimetype:update-js
Expected behaviour
Clicking on a kdbx file should open the file into keeweb installed app.
Actual behaviour
Prompts to download file.
