Collabora: Enable autotext for inserting list more easily

• Making it easier to create bullet lists: we discussed this before but there is also a ticket Bullet / Number List Keyboard Shortcut CollaboraOnline/online#4346
• Shortcut: Unordered List Keyboard Shortcut CollaboraOnline/online#7122 (Darshan)
  • Let’s have CTRL + SHIFT + L to toggle the unordered list
  • AI Julius: Check if we also adapt this in Nextcloud Text

@juliushaertl i want to add here that in LibreOffice this Unordered List were added using shortcut: Shift + F12.
So i think we need to be consistent with it in collabora online as well. ( insted of using Ctrl + Shift + L )

Any thoughts ?
