Describe the Bug
Updating the app made nextcloud give http 500 errors and occ did not even run anymore with error:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare utf8_ord() (previously declared in /var/www/html/custom_apps/recognize/vendor/scoper-autoload.php:55) in /var/www/html/apps/suspicious_login/vendor/joomla/string/src/phputf8/ord.php on line 22
fixed by removing the recognize folder from custom_apps

not bricking nextcloud when updating the app via the webui

click update on 10.0.4 to 10.0.5 recognize.
