File Conversion Sorry, we can into a problem

Describe the bug
Open a doc file and convert it into docx. once you open the file and conver it get an error. Please see below screen record.

If dev need a test server to connect ill be more then happy to give you Online office server url.

Nope nothing on the server side I can't try again and see

Same problem with my setup.
No logs at all neither on Nextcloud side nor Office side.
Help would be very appreciated.
