Bottom bar icons are misaligned in rich text mode #3070
Description
This issue respects the following points:

- The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.
Describe the bug
The icons in the bottom toolbar at the right corner appear visually misaligned.
Expected behavior
All bottom bar icons should be evenly spaced, vertically centered, and consistently aligned within the toolbar.
