Rich text editor does not take full width or height of the screen #3069
Description

- The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.
Describe the bug
The rich text editing area does not expand to use the full width or full height of the screen. There appears to be unused space on the right side and at the bottom when scrolling down, which reduces the usable editing area. The server background is then visible.
Expected behavior
The editor should take 100% of the available screen width and height (excluding system UI elements like status/navigation bars), maximizing the usable editing space.
