Steps to reproduce

1. open the firstrunwizard in desktop mode
2. it does not show the back button on the top left

Expected behaviour

it should show the back button so that you can easily navigate back. See e.g. on mobile for comparison:

it does not show the back button on the top left

Server configuration

Web server: Apache/Nginx

Database: MySQL/Maria/SQLite/PostgreSQL

PHP version: 8.1/8.2/8.3

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page)

If you have access to your command line run e.g.:

Its only shown on mobile, as on mobile there are no back and next buttons from the modal.
On desktop we already have the modal native buttons for consistency with other nextcloud modals and thus not show a custom back button to not have 2 controls for the same action.

I think we should show that button on desktop too and hide the native modal button, which only really work well with images and videos.

Sure we can do so, it was more about consistent navigation rather than custom navigation styles in every modal.
