[Bug]: E2EE - Inconsistent folder sync status #5616

Bug description

On c.nc.com

I have ended up with an encrypted folder whose status is inconsistent.

  1. It has been created, then deleted
  2. It doesn't exist on disk
  3. It exists in the listing of folders in Nextcloud Settings
  4. It's listed in the browser
  5. Syncing back the folder and deleting it from disk, doesn't delete the folder in the browser

Steps to reproduce

I don't remember the exact steps that led to this scenario.

Expected behavior

The folder sync status is consistend

myfiles/encrypted

Ubuntu Desktop 22.04

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.4.2 to 3.4.4)
