Show/hide "recently contacted"

In contacts settings, I can show/hide every address book, but not "recently contacted".

Have a "show/hide" toggle same as on my own books, system address books.

Previously, this was not shown at all and is leading to confusion, for some people appear to be duplicated and they (correctly) cannot be edited. Could consider it a regression (was it intended to show recent contacts there?)
