Dashboard

Everyone agrees it would be nice to have team dashboard and teams dashboard where all the teams resource activity are highlighted.

Widgets and actions in the Dashboard:

Decision: we will do a rather static dashboard with most important things and maybe give some options in terms of widget sizes

Decision: for now one dashboard, maybe in the future more than one

Decision: technically it seems it makes sense to utilise the dashboard API
