Steps to reproduce
- start two NC instances, for example:
- make sure both instances are up and running and can reach each other
- on each instance, under "Administration settings > Sharing > Trusted servers":
- add other instance URL and click +
- run cron jobs a few times until ✔ appears on left of added URL
- on each instance, under "Administration settings > Sharing > Federated Teams":
- toggle "Enable federated teams"
- enter URL of the current instance (e.g. if you are on instance-one, insert "https://instance-one/")
- on each instance, run the following command:
- you should see something like:
$ haze haze-monumental-crake occ circles:remote
+--------------------------------------+----------+---------+--------------------+--------------------+---------+
| Instance | Type | iface | UID | Authed | Aliases |
+--------------------------------------+----------+---------+--------------------+--------------------+---------+
| huge-catfish.haze.127.0.0.1.sslip.io | External | frontal | 41ff7af327965fdcb8 | 41ff7af327965fdcb8 | [] |
+--------------------------------------+----------+---------+--------------------+--------------------+---------+
$ haze haze-huge-catfish occ circles:remote
+------------------------------------------+----------+---------+--------------------+--------------------+---------+
| Instance | Type | iface | UID | Authed | Aliases |
+------------------------------------------+----------+---------+--------------------+--------------------+---------+
| monumental-crake.haze.127.0.0.1.sslip.io | External | frontal | ce3579e8be4896963e | ce3579e8be4896963e | [] |
+------------------------------------------+----------+---------+--------------------+--------------------+---------+
- create a team on instance one:
$ haze haze-monumental-crake occ circles:manage:create --type=user paul test_team
Id: bZgAs86aTGgV1munMJAMsv6F93fONOU
Name: test_team
Owner: paul
- add a user from instance two:
$ haze haze-monumental-crake occ circles:members:add --type 1 bZgAs86aTGgV1munMJAMsv6F93fONOU john@huge-catfish.haze.127.0.0.1.sslip.io
- circle is now listed on instance two:
$ haze haze-huge-catfish occ circles:manage:list
+---------------------------------+-----------+-----------+--------+-------+------------------------------------------+------------+
| Single Id | Name | Config | Source | Owner | Instance | Population |
+---------------------------------+-----------+-----------+--------+-------+------------------------------------------+------------+
| bZgAs86aTGgV1munMJAMsv6F93fONOU | test_team | ["T","F"] | Team | paul | monumental-crake.haze.127.0.0.1.sslip.io | 3/-1 (3) |
+---------------------------------+-----------+-----------+--------+-------+------------------------------------------+------------+
- from instance one, destroy the circle:
$ haze haze-monumental-crake occ circles:manage:destroy bZgAs86aTGgV1munMJAMsv6F93fONOU
- notice that circle still exist on instance two
$ haze haze-huge-catfish occ circles:manage:list
+---------------------------------+-----------+-----------+--------+-------+------------------------------------------+------------+
| Single Id | Name | Config | Source | Owner | Instance | Population |
+---------------------------------+-----------+-----------+--------+-------+------------------------------------------+------------+
| bZgAs86aTGgV1munMJAMsv6F93fONOU | test_team | ["T","F"] | Team | paul | monumental-crake.haze.127.0.0.1.sslip.io | 3/-1 (3) |
+---------------------------------+-----------+-----------+--------+-------+------------------------------------------+------------+
Expected behaviour
Running occ circles:manage:destroy on instance one should propagate the circle deletion to instance two.
Actual behaviour
Running occ circles:manage:destroy only removes the circle on the local instance, and does not propagate removal to instance two.
