Hi,
Here is a suggestion that would improve the UI/UX of circles' settings :
Make "Memberships must be confirmed/accepted by a Moderator (requires Open)" appear only if "Anyone can request membership" is checked (just like the unique password option which is dependent from the password enforcement option).
Also, it has to be moved right under "Memberships must be confirmed/accepted by a Moderator (requires Open)".
